Set within a brushed nickel frame, the Icon lamp by Burkhard Dämmer smacks of a three-dimensional artwork with an industrial bent. From its front aspect, the lamp is perfectly even, its metal surround flush with the wood veneer shade. Move around the lamp and the Icon’s profile changes, its form more rounded, having depth.

The close proximity of metal, wood and light give rise to a well proportioned lamp, where the individual elements knit together to define an iconic form. Viewed from different angles, the Icon is the artful depiction of a striking lamp.
