How to return an item?
The return of any item must comply with our internal return policy. There are few easy steps on how to return damaged or good quality goods:
- Make sure the item is returned no later than 14 days from the date of delivery
- The item has not been used, assembled and/or installed
- The item is in perfect condition and has the original package with the product manual
- The product can be returned only after informing us by email (email@example.com) and receiving a confirmation of the return
- The product must be returned immediately after approval of the return
In case of a return or exchange of an item, the customer is responsible for the risk of any possible damage. A damaged item will not be exchanged or approved as a return if there is no proof that the item has been damaged while in transit.

Refund for the returned product
The decision of a refund is made after receiving and inspecting the product. The price of a product is always reimbursed according to the payment method that was used for the initial purchase. We have the right to charge a fee of up to the product value if:
- The returned item was used, assembled and/or installed
- The product package is other than original
- The item has any signs of wear (scratches, stains, etc.)
If faults are detected in the condition of the product upon a returned item, our customer service will contact you.
A refund for the returned and approved item is initiated within 14 days from the fact of return.
Defective Goods Return
In case you have received a damaged, faulty or wrong item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of delivery and provide clear pictures of the item and its package. As soon as we process your claim, we will contact you with instructions about the exchange or return of an item.
